• All required fields have been completed.

• Parent/guardian information is accurate and up to date.

• Emergency contacts are someone other than the parent(s)/guardian(s) listed on the application and are authorized to pick up your child if needed.

• Medical, allergy, and additional care information has been completed, where applicable.

• All required agreements and acknowledgements have been reviewed and accepted.

Child Care Subsidy

The Pyrkes of Learning Academy participates in the Alberta Child Care Subsidy Program.

Eligible families may qualify for financial assistance to help reduce the cost of child care. Subsidy eligibility is determined by the Government of Alberta based on factors such as household income, family size, and the type of child care your child is enrolled in.

If you believe you may qualify, we encourage you to apply as early as possible. Approval is not automatic, and processing times may vary.

Please note:

• Families are responsible for applying for and maintaining their own subsidy.

• Any parent portion of fees not covered by subsidy remains the responsibility of the family.

• Changes to your subsidy status or eligibility must be reported to The Pyrkes of Learning Academy as soon as possible.
